He is Risen. He is Risen Indeed, Allelujah!

On this, the third Sunday of the Easter season, we listen as Pastor Sam Watters shares his devotional message, "On the Road Again."

On a dusty road, on the way to a village named Emmaus, Jesus sought out a pair of travelers and revealed Himself to them. Now at first they did not realize who he was, "for their eyes were kept from recognizing Him."

Upon arriving at their home, Jesus was invited in as a guest. But something miraculous happened, as Jesus changed places from guest to host, as he took the bread, blessed and broke it.

And it is this very Lord of hosts who seeks out all believers, He reveals Himself to us through the Scriptures, and invites us to walk with Him. As we continue through life on our faith walks, we cannot truly move forward unless we walk with our risen Lord; as brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ.
